Returns and Exchanges

We apologize that your item did not work out. Our goal is to make the return and exchange process as smooth and clear as possible while protecting the integrity of our product and the experience for all customers.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges on eligible items. All exchanges must be authorized by our team before any product is shipped back. Once your item is approved and received in its original condition, we will issue store credit that you may use to purchase your desired size or item. Store credit is issued for the product price only and does not include shipping costs.
Store credit does not expire and may be used with discount codes.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in brand-new condition. This includes:
• No signs of wear
• Original tags fully intact
• Original packaging included
We are unable to accept any damaged, worn, or altered items.

Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance items, launch product, collaboration product, and any items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Unauthorized or Refused Shipments

Any package received by our return center marked “Return to Shipper,” “Refused,” or attempted to be returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. Any issues involving lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed.
