Return Policy
At Lee Baron, our priority is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order and your experience shopping with us. If your item does not work out, please review the policy below before submitting a return request.
General Return Requirements
• Returns are accepted for store credit only.
• Returns must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Any return received with signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return under any circumstances:
• Sale or clearance items
• Launch product
• Collaboration product
• Accessories
• Any item marked “Final Sale”
Shipping & Fees
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Store credit will reflect the purchase price of the product only, excluding original shipping fees.
• A $5 restocking fee may apply to select returns.
• Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card, does not expire, and may be used with discount codes.
Order Issues & Delivery Problems
Once an order leaves our warehouse with a valid tracking number, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
All delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
Refused or Returned-to-Sender Packages
Any order that arrives at our return center marked “Return to Shipper,” “Refused,” or “Undeliverable” will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. These orders will be held for 7 days for the customer to arrange reshipment at their expense.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed.
